Resumen
La ponencia presenta una revisión a las prácticas de revisión abierta por pares en universidades cubanas. Se realiza inicialmente un análisis de la literatura sobre el tema. Dentro de la metodología se explica cómo se concibió el instrumento para la recopilación de los datos. Participaron editores de revistas de cinco universidades cubanas. Los principales resultados estuvieron enfocados en la necesidad de alfabetizar a los diferentes actores sobre el proceso. Además, existe la preocupación latente sobre los conflictos de interés que dichas prácticas pudieran generar.
