The Congreso Universidad journal, affiliated with the Cuban Ministry of Higher Education, publishes and promotes selected papers presented at international higher education conferences. It creates new spaces for reflection on the current state of universities and major international problems and challenges.

Congreso Universidad is published quarterly, from January to April, May to August, and September to December. Its publication language is Spanish, and the title, abstract, and keywords of each article are presented in English.

This journal does not charge any publication fees or charges; it also accepts the Creative Commons 4.0 International License.
