Abstract

The use of artificial intelligence applications has impacted all spheres of society, especially education, creating various challenges for teachers and students. This work aimed to offer a methodological guide for developing the effective use of artificial intelligence applications in the Programming course, tailored to its specific needs. The methodological guide included different sections, from an initial introduction to its foundations and application to the development of a set of examples that facilitated the teaching of the subject. The intention was not to offer definitive or universal solutions, but rather to encourage adaptation and personalization according to the context, stimulating the opportunity to explore, investigate, and leverage the potential of artificial intelligence in the Programming course in a creative and personalized way.
