An approach to the open peer review process in Cuban scientific publications I Taller Internacional sobre "Ciencia Abierta en la Educación Superior"

Abstract
The paper presents a review of open peer review practices in Cuban universities. Initially, an analysis of the literature on the subject is made. Within the methodology, it is explained how the instrument for data collection was conceived. Journal editors from five Cuban universities participated. The main results were focused on the need to teach the different actors about the process. There is also a latent concern about the conflicts of interest that such practices could generate.
