Main Article Content
Abstract
From the language and with it, a significant system of influences is exerted in the consolidation of the identity and culture of the nation, so that the appropriation of socially accepted uses become habits for any professional, not only in education. The objective of the work was to reflect on the formulation of a Cuban linguistic policy as part of a state policy, for a better communicative preparation in any sphere of society. In the training of students of the Bachelor's Degree in Spanish-Literature Education, the legislative integration of laws, regulations, strategies and resolutions to promote metalinguistic reflection was identified as a necessity. The consolidation of a linguistic policy made it possible to strengthen linguistic training in their pedagogical practice and cultural identity.
