Pedagogical integrality in the training of education professionals in universities X Taller Internacional sobre la “Formación Universitaria de Profesionales de la Educación”

Abstract
The training of education professionals reaches a high significance in the current complex conditions and is the social task of the universities of pedagogical sciences that require the faculty to assume the complex task of achieving the comprehensive training of students, so that once they graduate, they can perform their professional functions with the inclusive and sustainable quality to which they aspire. The objective of the work consisted in basing the pedagogical integrality category, in order to raise the quality of training in university careers of this profile, in line with the transformations promoted by the economic, political and social model of the Cuban socialist society. As a result, the pedagogical integrality was determined as a necessary quality in the training of students and the real perspectives of a sustainable social and human development in the prosperous and democratic socialist society that is being built.
